Saturday marked the 14th annual West Fargo Dance Show. Dance fans showed their support for local talent by packing the West Fargo High School gym at two separate shows.

This year’s performers were from Cheney Middle School, Halftime by Sheri, Horace Just for Kix, West Fargo Just for Kix, WF Elite and West Fargo Mystikix.

The JV Packatahnas also took the floor with their first-place routines from the NDADD State competition.

The Varsity Packatahnas also showed off the routines that they successfully performed at the UDA Nationals in Orlando, Fla., two weeks ago.

The annual tradition of the “Packapapas” dance was on display as well. The performance was made up of 35 Packatahna dancers and dads.

The Packatahnas will wrap up their competitive dance season this weekend at the DX Americup Championship competition in Minneapolis. The last chance for the community to see these athletes this year will be at the EDC Basketball tournaments in March, where the team will perform at halftime of the girls and boys championship games.

With this year’s dance season wrapping up, tryouts will be coming soon for new groups and teams for next year.
