Packers top Eagles, Spuds in dual swim meet

The Packers swim team went head-to-head with both the Fargo South Eagles and the Moorhead Spuds on Thursday evening and came out successful, topping Moorhead 96-88 before beating Davies 125-57.

The match-up against Moorhead came down to the 400-meter relay, which the Packers won, but the newer program of Fargo Davies was no match for West fargo.

Despite having no seniors, the Packers have been finding leadership elsewhere.

"I'm not expecting anyone to be the leader, but a lot of girls have been stepping up, and that's great," head coach Marsha Dahl said. "The younger swimmers are doing a fantastic job."
