Packers win one, lose one

The middle-of-the-road season continues for the West Fargo boys' basketball team. They topped the Valley City Hi-Liners 80-49 on Tuesday, then fell to the Fargo South Bruins 80-58 on Friday night.

In Tuesday's game, the team was led by junior Travis Schock's 21 points, making all five of his 3-point shot attempts.

Senior Justin Heisler had 16 points and five rebounds.

Schock also led the team on Friday with 16 points, with Heisler just behind him with 13.

The Packers are currently 5-3, and are tied for third in the Eastern Dakota Conference.

They will host the Shanley Deacons Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m.
