Peterson Farms Seed, Harwood, is sponsoring a Peterson University Advanced Corn Management seminar in mid-February, led by MC Agronomics corn expert, John McGillicuddy.
The seminar will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be offered in two locations: Thursday, Feb. 18, at Governor's Inn in Casselton, N.D.; and Friday, Feb. 19, at the Courtyard by Marriott in Moorhead.
The classes will focus on the physiology of the corn plant. Participants are encouraged to bring any tissue tests taken last summer to examine during the seminar.
This is an outstanding opportunity for both new and experienced growers to learn from the absolute best in the industry. "WOW, I could have listened to John for another day easily. I have been made a believer," a participant stated after attending the seminar last year.
Registration for the seminar is $250 (includes a $100 2010 seed purchase voucher). Participation will be limited to 50 people per location and is first come, first serve. To register, or for further information, call 1-866-481-7333 or go online to www.PetersonFarmsSeed.com/events.
