POPPYSEED BREAD

1 pound, 2.25 ounce package lemon cake mix (pudding in mix)

3 1/2 ounce package instant coconut pudding

1/4 cup poppyseed

1/2 cup oil

1 cup hot water

4 eggs

Beat all ingredients for 5 minutes; pour into 2 greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
