Jacob Wetterling memorial: 'Our love for you will never die'

PORCUPINE MEATBALLS

1 egg, beaten

1-10 3/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup

1/4 cup long grain rice

2 tbsp. parsley, snipped

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1 pound ground beef

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine egg and 1/4 cup of the soup. Stir in the uncooked rice, onion, parley, salt and pepper; add meat. Mix well; shape into 20 small balls. Place in 10-inch skillet. Add remainder of soup. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes; stirring often. Serves 4 or 5.
