Registration underway for summer programs

The West Fargo Park District is taking registrations for all summer activities. 

A listing of activities can be found at www.wfparks.org. Registration deadline for baseball, softball and soccer is April 15.  Those signing up after that date will have to attend one of the late registration nights that will be held in the lobby of the Veterans Memorial Arena, from 5 to7 p.m., on Wednesday, April 27 and Thursday, April 28.  Late registration fees will apply and registrations will be on a first come first serve basis until classes are full.

The West Fargo Park District is also taking registrations for upcoming activities to be held at the Veterans Memorial Arena:

Science Lab: This six week session is for youth who enjoy experimenting with science. Mix concoctions and watch them react. This class is for youth ages 7-12 years old and will run on Tuesdays from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m., beginning April 19. Fee is $22.

Clay Classes: Beginners Clay Class is April 13 and 14 for 7-15 year olds from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Fee is $20.

Clay for Two Class is May 11 and 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. This class is for one youth 7-15 years old and one adult each creating pottery pieces each day. Fee is $32.

Registrations are being taken for the West Fargo Park District's Teddy Bear Tea Party, for girls ages 4 to 8, which will be held April 30 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial Arena.  Take your teddy bear and listen to a Manners Matter tea party story. Feather boas, hats, jewelry, games and a special craft are all included. Punch and cookies will be served. Fee is $10. Registration deadline is April 25.

Register online at www.wfparks.org, mail, fax in, or drop off form at the Parks office at 500 13th Ave. W., West Fargo. Register at least one week prior to class start dates.
