She will be responsible for managing and supervising the gift shop, as well as assisting in event programming and developmental endeavors. “As a Fargo-Moorhead native, I appreciate the history that Bonanzaville preserves, and look forward to assisting the team in engaging the public in the celebration of Bonanzaville’s mission,” Rice said. “We have a number of positive changes on the horizon and I am honored to work towards their fruition.”

Bonanzaville is operated by the Cass County Historical Society, with a mission to collect, display and interpret artifacts relevant to the history and cultural heritage of the Red River Valley. It is the region’s largest historical attraction with 43 buildings, and more than 400,000 artifacts.
