Samek, Salisbury accept new roles at Alerus
Jana Samek has accepted a new role as Lead Personal Banker and Amanda Salisbury as Personal Banker at Alerus Financial's West Fargo branch on 13th Avenue South.
Previously a personal banker, Samek's new position includes leading the sales activities of the branch. Additionally, she will provide coaching and mentoring to employees as they develop sales skills necessary to provide customers with a clear understanding of the technical aspects and benefits of products and services offered at Alerus Financial.
Samek joined Alerus in 2008 and has more than seven years experience in the banking industry. She holds a business administration degree from Mayville State University, is a member of the West Fargo Exchange Club, and currently resides in West Fargo with her husband, Edward, and their two children.
Previously a customer service representative, Salisbury is now responsible for providing banking services to customers and for generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound activities. Additionally, she maintains in-depth knowledge of all financial products and services offered at Alerus Financial.
Salisbury joined Alerus in 2008 and holds a bachelor's degree in management communications from North Dakota State University. She currently resides in Fargo.
