WF grads accepted at U of Jamestown

Three West Fargo High School graduates have been accepted at the University of James-town at Jamestown, N.D.

Nathan Kapaun, son of James and Tamera Kapaun, plans to major in business administration and play golf for the Jimmies. The University awarded him a trustee scholarship and men’s golf award.

Brittany Rheault, daughter of Tim and Tani Rheault, plans to major in information technology and play softball. She was awarded a presidential scholarship, legacy and softball award.

Garrett Styf, son of Terry and Tara Styf, plans to major in exercise science and play football. He received a Knight scholarship and football award.

Degerness makes dean’s list at OCU

Walker Degerness of West Fargo has been named to the spring 2014 dean’s honor roll at Oklahoma City University.

Dean’s honor roll status is awarded to students who successfully complete a minimum of 12 credit hours and maintain a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

OCU students pursue academic excellence through a rigorous liberal arts and sciences core curriculum that focuses on their intellectual, moral and spiritual development.

NDSCS graduates

The North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton awarded degrees, diplomas and certificates to 619 graduates.

Students from 14 states and two international countries, Ghana and Liberia, graduated in 33 areas of study graduated including these local students:
