School board comes to terms with HickoryTech

The West Fargo School Board agreed during their regularly scheduled meeting Monday night on a proposal from phone company HickoryTech - who purchased IdeaOne Telecom in December - for them to provide the school district with Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity for the foreseeable future.

Having previously worked with IdeaOne, the board agreed to accept HickoryTech's proposal of a 10-year term, costing the district $1.02 million over that time.
