Semerad, Snyder agents for NAI North Central
NAI North Central has announced the addition of two new agents to their commercial real estate team, Jason Semerad and Dick Snyder.
Semerad joined NAI North Central after spending his previous 15 years in the staffing business in a variety of roles. He earned his BS degree in Business Management from the University of North Dakota in 1997 and is a 15-year resident of West Fargo. He is also a member of the West Fargo Exchange Club, a volunteer coach with West Fargo baseball, and has a 14 year old son, Jakob.
A native of Fargo, Dick Snyder earned his BA degree from North Dakota State University, and served as President and Owner of Snyder Distributing Company.
Snyder has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, property management, sales and leasing of commercial buildings and property.
