Senior Day to feature Tasting Bee, Lefse demo

The Red River Valley Fair has announced that Wednesday, July 11 will be Senior Day. Scheduled events include Bingo, a Tasting Bee, coffee and cookies, Grandparent Essay Reading, a Lefse Demonstration and the Senior Citizen Spelling Bee.  Performances on the Stop-N-Go Stage will feature Albert Mikesh, the Krigen Accordion Band and Steve, The Pretty Good.

There will be free gate admission from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Coffee and cookies donated by Hornbacher's will be available in the Morton Building starting at 11 a.m. The Tasting Bee will begin at 12:30 p.m. at Harvest Hall. 

Bingo will be presented by the West Fargo VFW from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Morton Building. Cost will be 25 cents per card with prizes donated by local restaurants and Red River Valley Fair vendors.
