Friday, May 3: Slow roasted roast beef, smashed potatoes, squash, apple crisp with topping.
Monday, May 6: Country meatballs, mashed potatoes and gravy, country blend vegetables, apricot halves.
Tuesday, May 7: Lasagna, Prince Edward vegetables, romaine lettuce salad, French bread, fruit cup.
