SOUR CREAM RHUBARB CAKE
2 eggs

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups rhubarb, cut-up
Topping:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup nuts, chopped
Beat eggs, sugar and sour cream together. Add flour and baking soda and mix well. Add the rhubarb, stirring well. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle topping over cake. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
