Employees at Moore Engineering, Inc., 925 10th Ave. E., West Fargo, have been caught up in the holiday spirit through their recent participation in a fund raiser/ television raffle event, which resulted in the proceeds, as well as additional contributions, being donated to the Salvation Army. A total of $1,130 was presented in a special ceremony Monday morning at the West Fargo SunMart location - $630 raised by selling the raffle tickets to the employees, along with $500 from other employee contributions. Jeff Volk, right, president and CEO of Moore Engineering, presented the donation to Captain William Mealy of the Salvation Army, along with fellow employees Judy Millar and Edie Lee who were also there to support the cause by ringing bells for the 'red kettle' campaign that runs up until Christmas.
