State Bank & Trust wins Workplace Awards
State Bank & Trust, headquartered in Fargo has received two prestigious awards from Minnesota business publications.
State Bank & Trust has been named the second most highly ranked large company among the "100 Best Companies to Work For" by Minnesota Business magazine, and recognized for the second straight year by the Minneapolis Star Tribune as one of the "Top 100 Workplaces in Minnesota."
The "100 Best Companies" award salutes Minnesota companies that are setting the standard for leadership, benefits, work environment, innovative training and employee happiness. The awards recognize small, mid-sized and large businesses that continue to make an impact and set a standard of excellence for others to follow. The award was based in large part on a survey of more than 5,600 employees from companies across Minnesota.
The "Top Workplaces" award this year recognized 160 companies based on surveys of over 71,000 employees at 1,360 Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations. Now in its 21st year, Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions of leadership, communication, career opportunities, workplace environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits.
