STUFFED CHICKEN SUPREME
4 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1 cup butter
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 can milk
3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 package frozen peas
2 tbsp. chopped onion, green pepper and pimiento (or to taste)
Mix stuffing and butter. Place half of stuffing mixture in 9"x13" pan. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over the stuffing, then top with the remaining stuffing and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees
