SWEETENED WHIPPED CREAM "CRÈME CHANTILLY"

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 - 4 tbsp. confectioner's sugar (depends on desired sweetness)

1 tsp. Watkins Double Strength Vanilla

Chill bowls and beaters. Beat the cream in the chilled bowl until it thickens. Add the confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Makes 2 cups.
