Three re-elected to Cass County Electric Cooperative Board
Cass County Electric Cooperative held its 73rd Annual Member meeting in Valley City Monday evening, April 19, with Chairman Wendy Loucks and President and CEO Scott Handy reporting on the solid financial and reliability performance of the cooperative in 2009.
Handy assured the membership that even though electric prices are rising, the cooperative is well positioned with power supply, staff and equipment to supply energy to the growing membership. He encouraged members to participate in energy conservation and efficiency initiatives offered through the cooperative, noting information is available on the cooperative's websites at www.kwh.com and www.togetherwesave.com.
Directors John Froelich of Valley City, Russell Berg of Horace and Robert Huether of Lisbon, were re-elected to three year board terms.
