Three from West Fargo killed in Friday night accident on I-94 near Jamestown

JAMESTOWN, N.D. - Four people were killed in a collision Friday evening, including two adults and an 18-month-old girl from West Fargo, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The accident occurred at 7:18 p.m. at mile marker 225 of Interstate 94, about 33 miles west of Jamestown, according to the patrol report from Sgt. Tom Herzig.

A 1994 Chevrolet pickup was traveling eastbound on the westbound lane of the interstate. The vehicle was driving by a 28-year-old man from Jamestown, the patrol said.

The pickup collided with a 2009 Subaru Forester driven by a 34-year-old man from West Fargo. Passengers in the Subaru were a 36-year-old woman and an 18-month-old girl, both of who were also from West Fargo.

All occupants of both vehicles were killed in the accident.

Authorities have not released the identities of those killed in the crash.

The accident remains under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
