Ty's Take: At the point of no return
It's getting ridiculous; this spring, I mean. Or at least what we are forced to perceive as spring.
But if the green grass in my yard is any indication, we should be past the worst of our seemingly everlasting winter. The damage on the local sports scene, however, has already been done.
Many spring sports that were supposed to kick off at the beginning of April now won't get the chance until nearly a month later.
Things are getting dicey, folks.
