West Acres, Fargo library locations closing due to weather conditions
The winter storm that's descended on Fargo-Moorhead is prompting many businesses and offices to close early today.

Among the announced closures:
- West Acres shopping Center will be closing at 4 p.m.
- Moorhead Center Mall will close at 5 p.m., but Herbergers will remain open.
- All Fargo Public Library locations will close at 5 p.m. The locations also are scheduled to be closed New Year's Eve and Day.
- The Cass County Courthouse closed at 1:30 p.m.
