West Fargo accident sends one to hospital

The driver of a mini-van is in the hospital tonight after an accident in West Fargo. Police say the van failed to yield at the intersection of 12th avenue North and 9th street. The semi, which was heading East on 12th Avenue t-boned the van. Police say the driver of the van may have internal injuries. Her condition is not known tonight. The driver of the semi was not injured. The officer on the scene says there was a fatal accident at this same intersection in the 1990's.
