West Fargo man arrested twice for DUI in four hours

WEST FARGO - Police say a 40-year-old West Fargo man was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving twice in four hours early today.

Assistant Police Chief Mike Reitan said the suspect was first arrested for DUI during a traffic stop at 2:20 a.m. in the 900 block of Main Avenue East.

After bailing out of jail, the suspect was arrested at 5:40 a.m. in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue West after someone reported him slumped over the wheel of a running vehicle with its lights on, Reitan said. Dexter Harper was arrested on suspicion of actual physical control.
