West Fargo Maruices associated earns spot on annual cruise trip
Stacey Haecherl, an associate of maurices, West Fargo, has earned a seat on the company's annual cruise trip.
The event has become a tradition since the first cruise was introduced in 1996. Haecherl joined 148 other company associates for a five-day cruise March 21-26, on the Norwegian Caribbean cruise ship - The Dawn. The winners will visit Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
Departing from Miami, the annual cruise is a company-sponsored event that rewards the top 60 store managers, top associates, and top district managers. It offers a chance to bring the company's top performers together, along with executives and associates from the home office, allowing each to learn from one another as they continue to develop their strengths.
Additionally, it allows maurices to gather the best practices from these field leaders and share their ideas with the entire organization, supporting others in reaching their maximum performance.
