An officer on routine patrol just before midnight noticed two people standing outside a parked vehicle in the 500 block of 36th Avenue West, in the Eagle Run area, Nielsen said.

The officer talked to the juvenile male and adult female and found a large marijuana bong sitting inside the vehicle, he said.

During a subsequent search of the vehicle, police seized multiple bags of marijuana, a prescription drug muscle relaxant, a digital scale, multiple glass smoking pipes and $800 in cash, Nielsen said.

The juvenile, a 17-year-old from West Fargo, was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession with intent to deliver and released to his parents. The adult female was arrested for marijuana paraphernalia possession and taken to the Cass County Jail.
