WEST FARGO - Students in West Fargo are in school today despite the President's Day holiday because they're making up a storm day.
And the school district's transportation director, Brad Redmond, tells WDAY Radio News that buses are having a difficult time getting around because of the blowing snow and drifts.
Three buses ended up getting stuck and running behind.
The late routes effected students in the Osgood and Shiloh Church areas, in addition to one Redmond said was stuck "out in the country."
Redmond says rural roads are terrible and there are some areas they can't even get in to.
WDAY Storm Tracker Meteorologist Daryl Ritchison says the winds will be with us much of the day before backing off later this afternoon.
