West Fargo girls soccer players placed high in the Tri-City Tournament held June 27-28 in Fargo and Moorhead.

The Menace team consists of 60 percent West Fargo players, he said.

U14 Sheyenne United finished second, losing 3-2 to Tri-City in the final game. The team consists of 85 percent West Fargo players.

FSC U17 Girls Fusion won its final game 5-1 over Grand Forks. The team consists of players from West Fargo, Fargo, Moorhead and Grand Forks.

FSC U11 Girls Strikers, with three West Fargo players, placed second, falling

“The girls performed very well. The conditions were horrific,” said Daniels, with rain and winds sometimes gusting from 35 to 40 miles per hour.
