WHITE CHILI

1 tbsp. olive oil

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

15 ounce can chicken broth

4 ounce can chopped green chilies

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. cumin

1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut in cubes

1 cup whole kernel corn, drained

1/2 tsp. oregano

1 tsp. chili powder

19 ounces (2 cans) white chili beans

Sauté chicken in oil and remove from pan. Sauté onion and green pepper; add remaining ingredients; simmer. Serve with shredded Cheddar cheese
