Wind chills to remain below 20 degrees through Thursday

FARGO - A wind chill advisory remains in effect until noon today for all of eastern North Dakota and parts of northwest and west-central Minnesota.

Wind speeds in those areas are strong enough to produce dangerously cold wind chill values of 25 below to 35 below, the National Weather Service said.

Fargo's temperature just before 8 a.m. was 4 below, with a wind chill of 27 below.
