1 pound hamburger
1 small onion, chopped
1 - 7 ounce can water chestnuts, chopped fine
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp. MSG
1 package won ton skins
Mix all ingredients well, except for won ton skins. Place 1 tsp. mixture in center of each won ton skin and fold to form a triangle. Moisten edge of won ton skin with water to seal. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
