Yoga classes offered at Healing Touch Chiropractic
It’s long been known that chiropractic and yoga can work in harmony to increase proper posture, range of motion and flexibility. This yoga series is open to all levels of practice and abilities. Focused on an exploration of yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness, attendees will gain flexibility, in addition to experiencing a vibrant workout. It is perfect for stress relief, fitness, stamina and overall well-being.
The instructor, Michelle Ihry, is no stranger to health and fitness. She has five years of experience teaching aerobics and three years of experience in yoga instruction, along with committing the past 20 years to health and fitness personally. The practice of yoga offers unlimited benefits for body and mind and Michelle is thrilled to be bringing her talents in yoga instruction to Healing Touch Chiropractic.
