Dorothy A. Brown

Dorothy A. Brown, 63, West Fargo, died Saturday, March 6, 2010 in MeritCare Palliative Care, Fargo.

Dorothy Ann Favorite was born December 28, 1946 at the Dells, Ore. She was raised and attended schools at Mott, N.D. In 1961, she moved to Fargo. In July 1966, she married Robert G. Brown Jr. in Fargo. Except for a brief time spent in Bismarck, N.D. while Robert attended a technical college, the couple lived in the Fargo, West Fargo area. Mr. Brown died in February 1999.

Dorothy worked in Fargo for Holsum Bakery, Thermo Pack, Boarder States

Paving and Northern Improvement Co.

She loved to travel throughout the United States and Canada.

She is survived by a son, David (Karen), Maryland; two daughters, Carolyn (Dean) White, Whitewood, S.D., DeeAnn (Chris) Keller, Moorhead, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and parents, Floyd and Henrietta.

Visitation and a memorial service were held on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 in the Believer’s Fellowship Church, 415 Hwy. 75, North, Moorhead. Burial was at the Horace Lutheran Cemetery, Horace.
