Kathleen Hill, 52, West Fargo, entered into eternal life July 27, 2010.
Kathleen Marie Burkett Hill (Dood) was born Sept 25, 1957 to Douglas and Kathleen (Sicuranza) Burkett Sr.
Kathy grew up in West Fargo, graduating from high school in 1975. She married Butch Fuss in 1975 and their son Dustin was born October 27, 1977. Kathy married Dean Hill in 1988. She became a licensed barber and practiced for many years at the Barber Hut in West Fargo and her home salon.
Kathy was an accomplished swimmer, horsewoman and softball player. She loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and gardening. She is remembered for her amazing sense of humor, her extreme passion for life, and most of all for her immeasurable loyalty and love for her family and friends, especially her son, Dustin.
She is survived by her son, Dustin (Sarah) Hill and granddaughter, Cadence Mae; step-son, Jeremy (Ashley) Hill; mother, Kathleen; brother, Douglas (Judy) Burkett Jr.; sisters, Karen (Mike) Burzette, Michelle (Terry) Burkett, Angie (Kelly) Pergande, Susan (Steve) Janko; nieces and nephews, Meghan (Tony) Dingmann, Sarah Burzette, David Morse, Maria Morse, Libby Morse, Max Pergande, Ross Pergande, Tanner Joyce, and step nieces and nephews, Staci (Brent) Venables, Brian Morse, Jason Mischke, Angella Mischke.
Visitation and prayer services were held on Thursday, July 29, 2010 in West Funeral Home, West Fargo.
A memorial service was held on Friday, July 30, 2010 in St. Benedict’s Catholic
Church, Wild Rice, N.D.
