FARGO—With the spring warm-up, the Salvation Army is asking for winter clothing donations for its spring Coats for Kids and Families drive.

Pairing up with spring Cleanup Week, The Salvation Army is accepting donations of new or gently used winter gear.

There are boxes available for clothes drop-off at all Fargo-Moorhead Hornbacher's locations through Tuesday, May 9.

Salvation Army leaders say they are grateful for anything people can donate to help those in need.

"The Fargo-Moorhead community is a wonderful place. And we are so lucky to be part of this community, to see the outpouring of everybody coming together to help support each other. I couldn't be more grateful to live in this community." says Julie Rivenes of the Salvation Army.

The clothing will be donated on Oct. 14 and 16-19.
