1 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups pecans, coarsely chopped

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

2 cups brown sugar, packed

1 cup light Karo syrup

1/4 cup water

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp. Watkins Vanilla

1 tsp. Watkins Caramel Extract

Line a 9"x13" pan with foil. Spray with Watkins Cooking Spray. Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips. In a saucepan over medium heat; melt butter. Add brown sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook while stirring mixture until it comes to a boil. Stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer reaches 248 degrees (firm ball stage). Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and caramel extracts. Pour into the 9"x13" pan. Cool and cut.
