1 package (16 ounce) spaghetti, cook as directed

2 eggs

1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

5 tbsp. melted butter

1 pound ground beef

1/2 pound pepperoni

1 jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite)

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup cottage cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Drain spaghetti and toss with the eggs, butter and cheese mixture and set aside.

Brown 1 pound ground beef, add 1/2 pound pepperoni and jar of spaghetti sauce. (Hint: to remove some of the grease from pepperoni, I microwave between paper towels for 30 seconds or so). Combine: cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream. Place 1/2 of the spaghetti mixture in greased 9"x13" pan. Top with 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture and 1/2 of the meat mixture; add 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers; add another 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes; cut into squares.
