Day 6: Christmas Salad

Christmas Salad

First mixture:

2 small packages cherry jello

3 cups boiling water

1 - 8oz container cool whip

2 - 3oz packages cream cheese

Dissolve jello in water. While it is cooling, combine cream cheese and cool whip and then add to cooled jello. Pour into 9"x12" pan and put in fridge until set.

Second mixture:

2 small packages lime jello

3 cups boiling water

2 cups crushed pineapple with juice (not syrup)

Dissolve jello in water, add pineapple and juice, mix well and allow to cool enough so that it will not dissolve first layer. Then pour on top of 1st mixture.

Put back in fridge until set.
