WF High School names new assistant principal

Wayne Heckaman has accepted a position as assistant principal position at West Fargo High School. 

Heckaman started his career in education in 2004 and has served in various positions. Most recently, he was the Mott/Regent High School principal. 

He earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Dickinson State University and a master’s degree in kinesiology from Fresno Pacific University. 

He will receive his master’s degree in educational leadership from Moorhead State University this fall. 

Heckaman will start his new job at West Fargo High School in August. He replaces Dan Holder, who transferred to Liberty Middle School as an assistant principal.
