Deanna Qualley Willert Breaux

Deanna Kathleen Qualley Willert Breaux of Sacramento, California, formerly of the Horace and West Fargo, ND areas, died August 21, 2018 following heart surgery on July 12.

Dee was born November 2, 1939 in Fargo, ND to Jerome (Romie) and Esther (Jacobson) Qualley. She was baptized and confirmed and a member of the choir in Horace Lutheran Church. She attended schools in Horace and graduated from West Fargo High School in 1957, attended UND in Grand Forks, ND until moving to Whittier, CA with 2 girlfriends, and earned BA, MBA and MHSA degrees in California. In 1959 Dee and Gary Willert were married while he served in the US Navy and she followed his ship. Their son Michael (Mike) was born in 1961 and daughter Tracy in 1966. The family moved to Sacramento in 1967 as Gary completed his education in Moorhead and began his teaching career. A few years after this marriage ended, Dee married John Breaux and expanded her career in hospital administration.

Dee moved to the Chicago area in 1998, entered into a partnership and became president of Millennium Medical Management Resources, Inc. She worked there until retiring in 2010 when she returned to Sacramento. Dee Breaux is survived by her daughter Tracy (Tim) Saville, her son Michael (Kathy) Willert and five grandsons, Michael Wilson, Paul Collier, triplets Evan, Corey and Zac Willert, ex-husbands Gary Willert and John Breaux, and the "Breaux kids", Johnny, Monica, and Michelle. She also leaves a brother, George (Sharon) Qualley, sister Jackie (Robert) Brodshaug, sister-in-law Cheryl Qualley Moore, her 99-year-old Aunt Eleanor Simons and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Jerome and Esther Qualley and brother Jerome (Jerry) Qualley. Dee loved her family, chocolate, reading, travel to Alaska, Israel and across Europe, and an occasional trip to a local casino. A memorial service will be scheduled later.
