Letter: Habitat sends big thank you to students of Eastwood Elementary

Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity would like to thank the students and staff from Eastwood Elementary School for their substantial contribution to our 2014 Women’s Build home in West Fargo.

Through a penny drive, 3-on-3 basketball tournament and partnership with Bell State Bank’s Pay it Forward program, Eastwood raised $11,766.59.

This year’s Women’s Build home will go to the Cashondra Fenroy family of West Fargo.

Cashondra and her six children relocated to the Fargo metro in 2009. As the build season approaches, Cashondra and her children are anticipating an exciting summer. Through their sweat equity volunteer hours, the entire family will have the ability to contribute to their home building process.

Eastwood Elementary, your donation is giving Cashondra and her family a hope for the future. Thank you for partnering with Habitat and giving back to the Cass Clay community that we are a part of.
