What happens when a big-name NASCAR star comes to the Red River Valley Speedway and brings down the house?

Hope he stops out again.

Tony Stewart is making an encore appearance this week during two-days of star-studded events at RRVS in West Fargo. He plans to drive a sprint car for the All Star Sprint Show on Thursday.

Alongside Stewart will be Fargo native Donny Schatz. Son of current RRVS operator Danny Schatz, Donny drives a World of Outlaws car owned by Stewart.

Other big names include Kenny Schrader and Kenny Wallace, who both have raced NASCAR. The duo will take part in a United States Modified Touring Series event Wednesday. The USMTS Modifieds Show will happen in conjunction with Super Stock and Street Stock races.

Alongside Thursday's All Star Sprint Show are Midwest Modified and Legends races.

It is estimated that 8,500 fans were in attendance for the original Tony Stewart Night on June 23. At that time, Stewart took part in the Late Models races, finishing third in the feature behind Jeff Wilding and winner Cody Skytland.

Reserved-seat tickets for tonight's races were $20 in advance, but will cost two bucks extra for anyone picking them up today. General admission is $18, tickets for children ages 7-12 are $15, and 6 and younger are $5.

Thursday's prices for reserved seats are $22 in advance and $25 on the day of the show. General admission tickets are $20, while the children ticket prices remain the same as Wednesday.

Tickets can be picked up at the Petro gas station on 45th and Interstate 94. For questions or to order tickets, call Andrea or Jackee at 701-205-8730.
