FARGO — North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum joined ProudCrowd creator Tim Brookins to speak at 1 Million Cups Fargo on Wednesday, April 8.
Burgum and Brookins presented the new iPhone app Care 19, which was developed by ProudCrowd, the Fargo-based company that created the Bison Tracker for fans of North Dakota State University athletics.
Care 19 is a free app that tracks users' movements to public places, such as grocery stores and takeout restaurants, so they can more easily recall where they've been in case they come down with COVID-19 and need to trace everyone with whom they've had contact, Burgum said.
The event was a collaboration between 1 Million Cups Fargo and 1 Million Cups Bismarck-Mandan.
