Toastmasters to host Leadership Summit Nov. 1

District 78 Toastmasters and several Toastmasters clubs in Fargo will host the Toastmasters Leadership Summit from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 1, at the Fargo Holiday Inn.

The summit will feature Bob Hooey, a results-based leader and corporate success trainer, who will address developing leaders from within, becoming a positive and encouraging influence, motivating employees and creating leadership collaboration.

He is Toastmasters International Region 4 Advisor and the 48th person worldwide to earn to earn the Toastmasters professional level Accredited Speaker designation.

Toastmasters can help business leaders improve their business, develop leaders out of promising employees and empower people to become more confident communicators. The event will also include a Toastmasters meeting demonstration.

The summit is free and does not include lunch. It is open to business leaders and anyone interested in developing speaking and leadership skills.
