Hearing set for Cass County solar project
BISMARCK — North Dakota utility regulators will hold a public hearing in November on a proposed Cass County project that's billed as the state's first major solar array.
On Wednesday, Sept. 5, the Public Service Commission set the hearing for 10 a.m. Nov. 1, according to a spokeswoman. It will be held at the Days Inn and Governors' Conference Center in Casselton.
Minneapolis-based Geronimo is proposing to build the 200-megawatt Harmony Solar Project in Harmony Township 15 miles west of Fargo.
