The height of generosity, annual rappelling event raises funds for at-risk youth program

FARGO -- The Fargo-based nonprofit CHARISM, along with Over the Edge, a national events company, and the Kilbourne Group, which owns the Black Building in downtown Fargo, hosted a special fundraising event Friday, Aug. 10, that featured people rappelling off the 110-foot Black Building.

This is the second year of the event, which raises money for CHARISM’s programming for at-risk youth.
