Pine Needle Sew and Chat: 5 p.m. Monday. This pine needle basket event is open to those who have taken a Pine Needle Basketry class before. Bring your works in progress or begin a new one. Instructors will be on hand to answer questions and help with supplies. Come to work or observe. No registration required.
STEM Explorers: 3 p.m. Tuesday. Explore STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) through activities, experiments, and games the second Tuesday of every month (when school is in session). No registration required. Supplies and a snack will be provided. Free and open to kids in grades K-8.
Red River Radio Amateurs-Technician License Class (Six Sessions): 7 p.m. Wednesday. Red River Radio Amateurs (RRRA) is a nonprofit ARRL affiliated Amateur Radio club serving Fargo, Moorhead, and the surrounding area. Periodically, members of the RRRA offer a series of weekly classes in preparation for FCC Amateur Radio license tests. There is no charge for instruction; however, a textbook is required, it costs about $30.

Family Craft Night: 6:30 p.m. Sept. 17. Bring the whole family to the library for craft night. We have a wide variety of crafts and supplies for all. Program is free and open to all ages.
Pop-up Library at Hooligans Bar and Grill: 6-7 p.m. Sept. 18. Visit us at Hooligans and sign up for a library card, renew your card, return books, learn how to check out e-books, grab a take-away craft and snag some WFPL swag.
