Class: Be a Library Power User: 6:30 p.m. Monday. September is Library Card Sign-up Month, a time when libraries nationwide join together to remind parents, caregivers, and students that signing up for a library card is the first step towards academic achievement and lifelong learning.

After-school Art: 3 p.m. Tuesday. Join us for art, crafts and other projects the first Tuesday of every month (when school is in session). No registration required. Supplies and a snack will be provided. Free and open to kids in grades K-8.

Red River Radio Amateurs-General License Class (Eight sessions): 7 p.m. Wednesday. Red River Radio Amateurs (RRRA) is a nonprofit ARRL affiliated Amateur Radio club serving Fargo, Moorhead, and the surrounding area. Periodically, members of the RRRA offer a series of weekly classes in preparation for FCC Amateur Radio license tests. There is no charge for instruction; however, a textbook is required (approximately $30).

Friends of the Library Book Sale: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 5 and 1-4 p.m. Oct. 6. The Friends of the West Fargo Public Library will host their fall book sale. Stop in to find great deals on books in all genres for kids and adults! All proceeds will benefit the West Fargo Public Library.

Monster Crafts: 6:30 p.m. Oct. 8. Stop by the library to make some spooky fun crafts! We will have a variety of monster themed crafts and supplies available. Program is free and open to all ages. No registration required.
