Special Events

TAG Meeting (Teen Advisory Group): 7 p.m. Jan. 9. The group will meet once a month to talk new books, movies and music, brainstorm program ideas and eat treats. TAG is open to kids in grades 6-12.

Red River Radio Amateurs-Extra Class (10 Sessions): 7 p.m. Jan. 8. Red River Radio Amateurs (RRRA) is a nonprofit ARRL affiliated Amateur Radio club serving Fargo, Moorhead, and the surrounding area. Periodically, members of the RRRA offer a series of weekly classes in preparation for FCC Amateur Radio license tests. There is no charge for instruction; however, a textbook is required, which costs about $30.

STEM Explorers: 3 p.m. Tuesday. Explore STEM through activities, experiments, and games the second Tuesday of every month, when school is in session. No registration required. Supplies and a snack will be provided. Free and open to kids in grades K-8.

Twisted Stitchers Knitting Group: 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Wiggle Worms Baby Storytime: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Storytime geared towards children ages 0-18 months.

Preschool Explorers Storytime: 11:15 a.m. Wednesday. Storytime geared towards children ages 2-5 years old.
